How does Remote Tachograph Download work?
To begin with, you first need to install the FMB641 into your vehicles tachohead unit. Once done, and the vehicle ignition is on, the driver card inserted into the vehicle will have it’s data automatically downloaded, and uploaded to FM Devices. This vehicle’s data will also be downloaded at the same time.
How often is tachograph data updated?
The FMB641 continuously collects data while the vehicle’s ignition is on.
Can I access the tachograph data remotely?
Yes, all tachograph data can be accessed through a secure online portal, allowing you to monitor your fleet from anywhere.
